Kitchen Rhythms
Do you dream of family dinners everyone enjoys and no one complains about? What if you could involve your entire family in meal preparation and clean-up? Imagine never again hearing the question, "What's for dinner?" because you have intentionally stocked your home and planned your meals in advance. Consider how much money you could save (on average a few hundred dollars a month!) if you no longer had to go out or rely on takeout. What would all of this be worth to you?
The Kitchen Rhythms course will teach you how to plan, prepare, and practice new rhythms as a family. You'll learn how to develop sustainable strategies for maximizing your budget, where to buy and store food, making healthy and family-approved meals, integrating kids into the kitchen, creating a meaningful and fun table culture, and so much more!
At Fuller Families, we believe the kitchen is the heart of the home, and we want yours to thrive so that the rest of your home and family can do the same. Click below to get started!

Family Sabbath
Imagine what your life could look like if you intentionally took one day each week to rest well—one day set aside for a physical and mental break and connection with those you love. Consider what you would do if suddenly your weekend wasn't overflowing with work, errands, house or yard work, making meals, shlepping the family to sports events, and sending one last email for your side hustle. What if you stopped and, for 24 hours, did something different?
At Fuller Families, we call this intentional pause "Sabbath," and we guarantee it is one of the best things you can do for your family. Instead of living for the weekend, you'll learn to live from your day of rest. We will guide you toward a Sabbath rhythm that feels peaceful and restful and leaves you refueled.
Discover where the idea of Sabbath came from, how to enjoy it with small children at home and model it for older kids, and what it means to prepare for it as a family. We promise that once this becomes a regular rhythm for your family, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. Click below to get started!

Family Hospitality
Hospitality is about more than bringing people into your large, photo-worthy home; it has little to do with menus or aesthetics. Being a good host means preparing your space with intention, inviting people into conversation, and being generous with what you have. These things signal to others that they are important. Hospitality aims to ensure that people go home feeling welcomed, valued, and cared for.
In this course, we break down some of the most common excuses given by those who don't host. We'll provide creative solutions for those with a small home or a vanload of children, show you how to integrate your kids into the prep and clean up, and explain what to do if people won't leave. We'll offer examples of how you can host, no matter your budget, space, or experience level. If you're just getting started, we'll teach you what to do first and how to build on simple rhythms so that, eventually, you'll host people even outside your home!
At Fuller Families, we're exchanging the exhaustion of entertaining for something different. We love to host people and want to show you how simple it can be. Click below to get started.
